Why choose SIP technology?

Structurally insulated panels (SIP) offer many advantages over traditional construction methods - combining efficiency with sustainability.

Energy efficient

Up to 50% lower energy costs compared to conventional construction methods.

Faster implementation

Construction time can be reduced by up to 60% thanks to prefabricated SIP panels.

Excellent insulation

Outstanding thermal insulation performance with continuous insulation and minimal thermal bridging.

Structural strength

For increased durability, the panels can exceed building codes.

Environmentally friendly

Sustainable materials and less waste - a smaller ecological footprint.

Cost-effective

Lower lifetime costs due to reduced energy consumption and maintenance requirements.

Time is the most valuable resource

The biggest disadvantage of traditional construction methods that you have to take into account is the time factor. For example, building a brick house is an incredibly time-consuming process, mainly due to the fact that the drying time required by the technology used has to be waited for in all cases. Depending on the time of year, this can be several months.

Although brick houses have a long tradition in Hungary, their time-consuming construction, the lack of skilled workers and the rising cost of labour have given way to the spread of modern technologies that focus on energy efficiency and rapid construction. To ensure that there is no compromise on quality, our company has introduced a completely new prefabricated house technology.

What is SIP technology?

In short: a SIP (Structured Insulated Panel) a unique, highly stable and environmentally friendly construction system for low-energy and passive buildings. Due to the extremely good thermal insulation and static properties of SIP panels, much narrower wall constructions are required when building, so SIP houses provide more (e.g. 6-7 m² more than a normal 100 m² house) useful floor space for the family. In addition, with a 30 cm thick external wall, a SIP house already achieves the thermal insulation required for a passive house.
