The main walls of the building structure are made of SP-170 SIP panels and the partition walls are made of CE certified dried and heat treated KVH wood and SP-100 SIP panels. The difference between the partition walls is determined by the statics. The roof structure is also made of CE certified impregnated timber, and its trusses are manufactured by MiTech. This durable roofing system with trusses can be used for any type of tile roofing (concrete, ceramic, slab), solar panels can be installed and, on request, it can even be used as a small attic or even as a loft* for certain model houses!
